Maria Lettberg is a Swedish pianist who lives in Berlin. She eschewed the traditional gladiatorial road to fame by competition and instead devoted herself to producing unique recordings. She is one of two people to have recorded the complete solo works of Alexander Scriabin.
Her 8-CD boxed set was described by Gramaphone as 'a formidable achievement'. It is rated 4.5/5 on Amazon. Some of the review comments:
